Bill Perrine is a filmmaker and photographer based out of San Diego, Ca. He has directed several feature documentaries which have screened worldwide. A former art dealer (and researcher) who wishes he was not, Bill is currently the Grand Panjandrum of Billingsgate Media. He shoots on a variety of cameras but currently owns a Sony A7S, Canon 7D, Panasonic HMC-150, some older DSLRs, action cameras and lots of lenses. He edits on Final Cut 7, FCP X and Adobe Premiere.

Billingsgate Media is a San Diego based production company which has produced half a dozen feature documentaries and worked/consulted on many others. We serve independent and studio productions both in narrative and documentary and provide video and photography services to corporate, small business and education clients.

For small business and corporate clients we offer promotional videos, product videos, instructionals and employee profiles. For our friends in the non-profit and educational world we offer PSAs, documentary short and instructional videos. For our lovestruck friends we offer wedding videos. For musicians we offer music videos. And finally for our fellow filmmakers we provide production services, cinematography, editing, sound and consultation for documentary, feature and short films.
